Operations Team Recruitment
Team Leads help to plan and execute various parts of the Capital Pride Festival. Team Leads are part of the Operations Team and report to the Executive Director. A group of Festival Week Volunteers will be assigned to many of the teams.
Team Leads will volunteer approximately 10-20 hours a month, with additional hours in the immediate lead-up to and during the Festival. Organization wide team meetings take place monthly and include all team leaders. Team Leads must be available throughout Festival Weekend (August 26 – 28, 2022).
This year we will be recruiting team leads in two rounds.
