Registration is now open for Food Vendors to participate in Festival Weekend, taking place Saturday, August 24 and Sunday, August 25.
Capital Pride will confirm Food Vendors’ participation by Monday, July 15.
Key Dates:
- Registration Deadline: Friday, July 12
- Selection and Confirmation: On a rolling basis, but at the latest, the week of July 17th
- Deadline to confirm and pay registration fees: Friday, July 26
- 2024 Festival Weekend: Saturday, August 24 and Sunday, August 25
Registration Fees:

Requirements:
- Food vendors must be registered with Ottawa Public Health and be in possession of a Ottawa Public Health Special Events Permit
- Food vendors must be self-sufficient (power and water are NOT provided by Capital Pride)
