After moving to Ottawa one year ago, Vex Scandal was born! Created out of a love of theatre and tomfoolery, they quickly became connected to the community through their performances. Vex Scandal is a silly little guy who loves to flail around on stage, often accompanied by an outlandish costume or prop handmade by themself!
